2nd Annual Holiday Around the Lake Celebration
CONNEAUT LAKE, PA – The 2nd annual CLABA-sponsored Holiday Around the Lake celebration will be November 22, 2008 through January 4, 2009.
The official opening ceremony will be held November 22 at the Conneaut Lake Area Historical Society Museum, located at 150 N. Third Street, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316. Open house hours will be from 2-5pm.
The main Christmas Tree will be lit at 5:00pm, signifying the beginning of the Holiday Season. All residents, businesses and individuals are encouraged to decorate!
Applications for Decoration Judging are available at The Berry Basket, Mama Bear’s Restaurant, by CLICKING HERE to download the application. Completed applications can be mailed to:

Other activities will include:
• November 22, 2008 – Bonfire, Community Caroling and Buffet at Silver Shores Restaurant, 6pm.
• November 29-30, 2008 – Sleigh Rides and Photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Station 3 Fire Department.
• Dec. 5 – Christmas For Kids at Memorial Park, Conneaut Lake from 5-8pm. Call 814-382-2324 for more information.
• Dec 5-7 – Living Christmas Tree Cantata at Trinity United Methodist Church, 240 N. Third St. Conneaut Lake, PA. For more information call 814-382-1121.

• Conneaut Lake Park’s HOLIDAY OF LIGHTS
Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 pm - ll:00 pm,

Sponsor a Tree!!
Won’t you help make downtown Conneaut Lake look more festive this holiday season?
Conneaut Lake’s Green Anchors Garden Club is looking for sponsors for 24 Christmas trees which will be placed in the planter boxes throughout the borough this holiday season. A twenty five dollar donation will enable the garden club to place a beautifully decorated tree in each planter box. A sponsorship tag, visible to all, will be placed on each tree with your message.
